What do you use instead of gluten or wheat flour in your baked goods?

All goods are different, but the goods are mainly made using rice flour, tapioca flour, and potato flour or a combination. Our bakery is a dedicated 100% gluten free facility. and our products have a variable range we make dairy free, fructose free, lactose free, soy free, corn free, egg free, yeast free, nut free, preservative free and vegetarian.

 

What is the shelf life of your products?

For our baked goods we recommend eating within 3-5 days, but for freshly products place them in an airtight container for 3-5 days

 

Can you freeze your products?

Yes! All of our product can be frozen. Place products or goods in an airtight container if you freese and thaw stablility

 

 

Can I place a special order on your website?

yes!simply email us at ty@swisscakesandbread.com.au or call our bakery on (03)98741526 to place special orders for pick up or delivery.

 

Do you take credit cards?

yes, we take all credit cards, eftpos, visa and MasterCard accepted with a minimum spend of $10, if below $10 spend then bank fee of $1.00 will be charged.  For order online you can pay by pay pal or pay by a card (when check out you will see some option then choose which way you want to pay).

 

Do you do deliver?

Yes! We will deliver within metropolitan Melbourne from Monday to Friday ( or Saturday and Sunday if necessary). For purchases of $100 minimum and free delivery for every order. Please view our ordering section for further details

 

Do you have a retail front shop?

Yes! we are located at 600 Mountain Hwy, Bayswater, Victoria 3132

We are open Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, Saturday 8am - 4pm, and Sunday 10am - 3pm. we are 

open public holidays except Christmas day and years day we are closed January 1, 2 and 3.

Swiss Cakes & Bread (wholesale/retail) is a family owned business dealing in continental and traditional baking methods.
We also specialise in gluten free, yeast free, wheat free and dairy free products.
Our range of cakes and breads, suitable for coeliacs and other allergy sufferers, is extensive and delicious. Many families, although not all coeliac, also choose these dairy and sugar free products.
Everything is done to ensure that, as well as the obvious health benefits, the cakes are appealing to look at, a real treat, a delight to bite into with fresh fruit, nuts and whole grains. Also available - a comprehensive array of quiches, pies, sausage rolls, both meat and vegetarian varieties.


A large range of continental and traditional breads are freshly baked daily.

Delivery for our customers are made within Metropolitan Melbourne
Monday to Sunday minimum order $120 and free delivery
For ordering our customers can be making order online, via email or by phone
